Functions and Uses：
1. KG-66 is suitable for rack plating and barrel plating and with the broad current density range and superior leveling ability.
2. The current efficiency close to 100% and the speed of deposition is very fast with high productivity.
3. Excellent deep plating.
4. High stability of solution. It can work in a broad range of composition and can be used in the integrated bath solution of potassium salt and ammonium salt.
5. The brighten agent is easy to be washed off. Excellent passivating performance and the passivation layer can keep its original radiant appearance after baking.
6. Compared with the alkaline galvanized, the tank pressure is lower and the electric power can be saved.
7. There is almost no hydrogen brittleness in the deposit.  With ZK-830, either the casting still or the heat treatment steel can also be treated in plating directly. ZK-83 is especially suitable for plating the screws, bolts, rivet and other small parts and ZK-83 obtains the very outstanding advantages in the blind-hole workpieces.
